Sophia F. ★★★★★

The graduated sizes make it easy to progress without feeling overwhelmed, and I love how the smooth silicone texture feels comfortable during use. After just a couple of weeks, I’m already noticing a real difference in my core strength.

Andrew S. ★★★★★

I've been using the set for a few weeks now, and the different weights make it easy to start slow and build up. The silicone feels comfortable and the whole thing stays in place during use.
